The scope of works entailed the documentation and construction of a New Police Overnight Facility.
Building 1 comprised of offices, foyer and bathroom with disabled ramp access.
Building 2 included 2 x bedrooms, kitchen, living and bathroom with an interconnecting outdoor area under skillion roof and a detached cell block and shed.
Works also included the upgrade of the main sewer line.
